In this excerpt Strype takes Sabrae (a new found friend?) to the scene of his accident in hopes of remembering or finding
something about his life.
“You shouldn’t touch anything Strype,” Sabrae said as she leaned down to look at something.
“What’s that?” Strype asked.
She shook her head, “Nothing.”
Strype turned his back to her to investigate a pair of sunglasses. He didn’t notice Sabrae pluck a wallet from the ground and put it in her pocket.
